Customer Reviews
Good switch, easy process
I switched to their Ökostrom Tarif after hearing about them from a co-worker. Everything went pretty smoothly. It took about 3 weeks for the full switch to go through. They handled talking to my old provider, which was nice. I haven't seen my first full bill yet but so far so good. Seems like a decent option if you want green energy.
Smooth transition, clear communication
I decided to go with the Wärmepumpentarif for my new heat pump system back in December. The online sign-up was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. They kept me updated on the transfer process from my previous provider, which took around two and a half weeks. I had a quick question about my initial meter reading and their customer service responded to my email within 48 hours, which I appreciated. The pricing seems competitive for dedicated heat pump electricity. It's been running for a bit now and everything is working as expected. Good experience overall, they made it simple.
Great green electricity!
I switched to the Impact Tarif last month and I'm so happy! The whole process was super easy. Love knowing my electricity is 100% green. Definitely recommending to all my friends who care about the environment!
